- I (Isaac Thomas) was born in Mumbai on 27th September 1972 to a God fearing mother and a father unknown till date. As a child, I lacked parental care and guidance and gave me an identity crisis.
Like any other ambitious child, I had dreams to become a scientist but landed on the wrong foot, and began to smuggle ‘grass’. I became a confused young boy seeking for peace and certainty of the future. All my suicidal attempts failed and I was seeking peace of mind. Just when I was looking for something more, a Hindu convert, shared the gospel to me. This free gift of Salvation through Jesus Christ removed all my fears and frustrations and filled me with joy and hope for the future. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personnel Savior. I then attend a fellowship at Bellary that helped me grow in the Lord. At the age of 17, I heard the audible voice of God calling me to serve Him in full time ministry.
The elders of this fellowship recognized my zeal and desire to serve Him so they sent me to a Bible school. In my one and a half year stay I learnt the fundamental truths of living by faith.
In 1991, I joined “Youth With a Mission” (YWAM) Bangalore, I completed my discipleship training school and then I served the same organization for six years. Since then I have worked as an evangelist, teaching, preaching and leading worship in crusades and conferences all over the nation of India, for different denominations.
My one desire is to continue serving the Lord wholeheartedly where ever He places me.
My serving the Lord experience with different ministries is as follows:
Worked as a staff & a leader in YWAM Bangalore from 1991 to 1996.
Travelled as Hindi gospel singer & a worship leader with Bro Rambabu Bellary 1996 to 1999.
Led, taught and raised worship leaders
Led the Sunday school with my wife in El Shaddia Church Bellary in 2001.
Travelled as a worship leader with Rev J Prabhakar
Led worship in Juhu House fellowship Bombay run Mr Gul Kriplani & from 2003 to 2005.
Travelled as a worship leader with Pr Shekhar Kalanyapur Mumbai
Worked with Media team in YWAM Bombay from 2003 to 2006.
Led worship and help the ministry in the Apostolic Church Bangalore
Presently working with Adonai ministries Bangalore as a pastoral staff and as a worship leader.
I believe that the very purpose for which God has created man is to Worship Father. Worship it was, it has to be and it will be, its an eternal act done by an eternal being to an eternal God the Father which is our Lord Jesus Christ. As a servant of God i am willing to serve my God any where & in any place for His glory.
