She saw a demon in him
For weeks me and my wife have been witnessing to a women and her 4 kids, and we noticed the youngest child, a boy had some very strange behavior. One day when they were over to the house the young boy (age 2) was playing with our 3 year old girl, we took our eyes off them for one moment and the little boy was choking our girl. Of course we put a stop to it. We notice another time the boy was trying to stab his brothers and sisters with a ink pen. We purpose to watch the boy more when they are over and while we were ministering to the family, the boy began to drag our little girl across the floor by her hair.
We notice that whenever we would walk toward the boy, he would always look afraid of us, and based on the violent ways of the 2 year old boy we determined that he has a demon. No one at their local church recognized it in the boy. We talk to the mother about him and she said that he is always wild and very uncontrollable and violent. She says that she spanks him and it doesn’t do any good and makes him more angry, and that she doesn‘t know what to do with him. One day the oldest son of the women asked if I could baptize them, and latter his mother asked if we could baptize the whole family except the 2 year old boy and we agreed to. The woman told us that they have been asking their local pastor to baptize them for months, and he keeps telling them that they are on his list. Well upon hearing this we quickly scheduled for me to baptize them at another local church.
The day finally came that we were to baptize all of them except the 2 year old boy. While I was baptizing the family in the name of Jesus, my wife notice the boy went crazy in the church, climbing on the pews with screaming and acting very fearful. The demon in the boy was driving the boy mad. My wife kindly walked over to the boy and picked him up and whispered in his ear, “In the name of Jesus, come out of him,” and then she set him down on the pew, and the demon came out of him and he sat there calmly looking forward. We did not tell the mother what happened.
A few days latter the mother called us up on the phone and said, “Sister Banks, what did you do to my son? He’s been acting so good for the past few days, he hasn’t been attacking his other brothers and sisters at all. He has been sitting around acting so calm.”
God is amazing! He gives us power to tread on serpents, to cast out demons and devils. We only need to tell them to go and they will go in the name of Jesus. There is power in the name of Jesus.
Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. Amen?

What I'm saying is, DEMONS/DEVILS are simply another way of describing false beliefs and lies. Jesus is the TRUTH, the TRUTH casts out the LIE. Very simple. For example, many people believed the world was flat, when one said otherwise everyone wanted that person dead, they believed a lie... But the TRUTH always prevails in the end. People get hooked on drugs, suffer depression, do all sorts of horrible things, but we cannot blame some outside entity for this, because it is what is IN MAN that defiles him. A man believes he is a bad person, he believes he can't get off drugs, that he is a loser (this is a lie) - Christ comes and casts these lies out, and the Man is made whole... And it is a process. I would never say Jesus was a joke, I would say he is the PATTERN SON, the first born from the dead (ignorant) --- If you show someone their worth they will give up their belief that they are worthless. That "demon" would be cast out. Remember we are dealing with two things TRUTH and LIES, that is all. Christ is the TRUTH, and anything that is not Christ is the LIE. People do get possesed by thoughts and beliefs all the time, my point is, when you teach that it is some spooky evil creature OUTSIDE OF MAN, you will never learn true freedom. That is all. Religious belief is a posession as well, it has created more suffering in the world than you can imagine... People become so posessed by their FALSE BELIEFS that they believe they must KILL ANYONE who believes differently. CHRIST casts out this DEMON as well. Man is a LIAR, God is TRUE. That's kind of funny, because these false beliefs and lies have names, personalities and they talk back. Luke 8:30....And Jesus asked him, saying , What is thy name? And he said , Legion: because many devils were entered into him.
I'm sorry guy, your teachings just don't agree with the Holy scriptures.

No I'm pretty sure Jesus understood there was no such thing when he said, "nothing goes into a man defiled him." He understood that nothing outside of us possesses us... The lusts of the world are already in the heart of man. Jesus was bringing light to their ignorance. And yes I do believe most of the stuff we see in religion today is hocus pocus.. And I believe if someone believes something to be true they can manifest it.. I'm just telling you what I know to be true, the truth sets you free from the fear created by imagination and lies... And since God does not give us the spirit of fear I say "why is everyone so scared"

Jacob, I'm still trying to understand how these lies and false beliefs came out of a man and jumped into the herd of swine.
Mark 5:13-15...And forthwith Jesus gave them leave . And the unclean spirits went out , and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea , (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea. 14 And they that fed the swine fled , and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done . 15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil , and had the legion, sitting , and clothed , and in his right mind : and they were afraid.

Hi all,
I think it is useless to go further on this discussion here. Jacob, you have one opinion; Watchman and some other people (like me) think it differently. Debating these questions here won't probably add much as they have already been debated during more than 21 centuries and no one can change other people's minds, only God can. Lent is beginning, better to pray for one another and offer our weaknesses, difficulties and pains to Christ.

Oh I don't think there is ever a problem discussing the scriptures. If one were to stop discussing things because new ideas arrive that make people who believe old ideas uncomfortable we would still suffer from many diseases and would be using leeches to get rid of cancer. No disrepect, we all do have varying ideas, and I could be wrong as anyone could. That's why I always say, LET GOD BE TRUE. But Mr. Banks I will answer your scripture from Mark. A Majority of scripture is allegory. Paul confirmed this when saying we were all under the cloud, and drank from the rock (Christ) he said Sarah and Hagar were allegories as well, for us to learn from... So when I read Mark5 what I see is, SWINE (being Carnal People who believe about anything ) - never waste you pearls before swine.. The sea is MANKIND'S BELIEFS/WAYS this is found in revelation. Those FEEDING the swine are Religious teachers, who of course would want Jesus to leave. Jesus said "My words are spirit" - we see here that THOUGHTS are spirit as they produce words that we speak. These UNCLEAN THOUGHTS were lies/false beliefs THAT only have a place in people who are CARNAL (swine) Ignorant - Remember Paul said the LETTER KILLS, the word LETTER means the LITERAL, so when we take the LITERAL STORY and believe it, and don't allow the HEART of the story to be revealed by the Holy Spirit we are yet in our sin... Just remember what a DEVIL IS ... a LIE. The FATHER OF ALL LIES only produces LIES... an people who BELIEVE LIES, this is why Jesus told some they are of their FATHER THE DEVIL..because they did not believe the TRUTH. When these lies are cast out by the TRUTH we return to our RIGHT MIND , which is the MIND OF CHRIST... In any event. What has the devil to do with us? he has produced many children ( forces ) to imprison us here in this world, things that cannot and will not be done in Heaven. Our Father is over the all, there is no one that can make Him produce a event or a end that He does not desire, His will is unchangeing. His Love, Mercy, Compassion, and Forgiveness does not change and become something else. The devil cannot do anything without the permisson of God, While we dwell in this world, we become blind because of the active forces of the devil..( sin or falseness, which is to say the things we want to possess, or things desired, or passions or glory from other people, wanting people to see us as something greater than what we are ). When dealing with our problems we often take the problem out of God's hands and take the whole problem into ourselve's, and then we dwell in chaos, with no easy solution to the problem. Thats why sometimes a person looking from the outside in can find a easy solution to our problem when we seemingly are at our wits end. Problems often start because of our own thoughts and wants. God wants and teachings us to want and desire Truth, why?.. because it is the way of peace, why? and how is Truth the way of peace? .. Well in the beginning someone chose there own will over God's will, namely his wants and desire's instead of God's. and sin was born. To want what is not eternal, to desire anything temporal, for the pleasure or glory of the individual. Our wants ARE our problems, ARE our suffering, ARE our own prison's, chosen by ourselves. Friends your Faith in God is the very heart of how much you trust Him. Job didnt just have a blind trust in God, he knew that his end even to his death, and no matter how much suffering he had to endure, was with God. IT is the Will of God, that NOTHING returns to Him void. That the ALL are commanded to become full. Full of wanting only that which is eternal, and becoming that. All of us, even angels, good or bad, are subject to God's active Will. Our Father is jealous of no one, nothing can touch Him, nothing can influence Him, and He is not going to let anyone change Him. He is where Love comes from, He is where Mercy comes from, He is where Forgiveness comes from. These are the eternal conditions of eternal Life. God said He knew you before you were born, where were you? where are you now? The wages of sin is death, and we were born into sin, what were we born into? If you want to become Truth, find the falseness within you and get rid of it, the means by which you find it, by understanding that it is false is Truth, and replaces that falseness. Empty yourself of darkness by knowing it is not eternal and fill yourself with the wants of what is eternal and do not posess falseness or " sin no more ". The definition of Truth is Eternal, The definition of Love is Eternal. The definition of Mercy is Eternal, The definition of Forgivness is Eternal, if these change within you and stop being love, mercy, forgiveness, or compassion, then what you have is a shadow of them and it is false. And you live where Truth is not. To live where Truth is, these are Eternal and can never change. God's Love is Eternal, it needs nothing more and wants nothing more and His Love cannot be diminished by anyone or anything. He is the Teacher, by His seed of Truth, He planted, and His Will is watering, He teaches the ALL. This is the Way that Christ gave to the world, gave to you, and defeated death by His unchanging Love in His mind, and in His actions, and in His teaching, to the All. The Way to Peace

Trixie, if you do not believe why do you just randomly go to peoples discussions and try to belittle others like a little child would do, you put forth absolutely nothing in the discussion of substance, nothing that tells anyone that you have a intelligent thought. You are only trying to make people mad and this is suppose to tell us you are someone of more knowledge and more intelligent than everyone else here. On the contrary Trixie you are what is wrong with the world, you offer only the lowest of mental thinking, more animalistic in nature than those who search for truth, your root thinking only advances racism and prejudice towards others.

Demons will never go away from our side. Because there is no evil. There is just human being put on this earth with his weaknesses and its not easy coupe with this fact who you are. God does aloud everything. He aloudes sculptures to breake. He alouds us people to hurt ourselves, etc. He just watches us and he is quiet. We questioning him all the time. And we trying everyday to fight our weaknesses and find the power to survive.
Little boys are often agresive. Maybe they dont have man example in their life.
I never met jesus. And if I would be there when they did kill him what would I do? Would I look at his murder? Or would I shout kill him?
Simply life is a colourfull undpredictiable genius.

The Bible tells us where the battlefield is. 2Corinthians ch 10: 3,4,5. 3For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled....How do we do this, first of all Christ told us to search for knowledge, this do above all earthly or fleshly things. Search all scriptures. A scripture is a writing that claims to have some knowledge of truth. The Bible was not put together in the days of Christ, but much later and there is alot of scriptures that the people of that time read that Churches tell us not to read because they are heresy. I read all I can find and there is plenty. 2Corinthians ch 13:5..Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates..... Know your thoughts, find out what Truth means. If anyone has gave you an answer to a hard question, saying: we are not suppose to know these things, because they are a mystery of God, ....Think again, Christ said to search like you are searching for treasure, did He mean to search in vain because you will not find? no He wants us to find the answers of our hearts and minds.
