HOW DO I KNOW MY TRUE FRIENDS?

The Word of God says that "A friend sticketh closer than a brother, and a brother was born for adversity". A friend is there thru ups, downs, good, better, sad, happy, money, broke, lost, or found. A friend loves "WHO U R" and not "WHAT U R"!!

Wao.Beloved Alicia.You just opened up a new spectrum and a thought provoking one.AM I A TRUE FRIEND? The book of proverb says that he who must have friends, must behave himself friendly.I think that if we can bring this question nearer home like you just pointed out, the world will be better for us all.Let ask these questions. Am i a true friend? Am i true to my friends? What have i done recently to practice true friendship?. Jesus Christ is the best friend, the world have ever had." Greater love has no man than this, that a man should lay down his life for his friends..."Friends, let us reflect this friendship.LETS GO wipe out some tears from crying face NEXT DOOR.This is the true definition of greatness....Lets be friends...Thank you Alicia.

Hi Cyril, The 1 thing that i'e learned n life is that anyone can "use" a word, but can I portray that word? "Friend" is 1 BIG word and has a GIANT meaning. Be sure that God will Never leave u nor forsake u...we just have hold hold on2 the Word of God!!!!! Don't worry, stay n God and fair weather friens WILL dismiss themselves.

Thank you so very much Sis.Joan.Can we portray [practice] that BIG word With Giant meaninig "TRUE FRIENDSHIP "This is a GREAT question that you have brought to the fore. This is an urgent question that demands an urgent and honest answer.No matter how uncomfortable and painful, this question is, lets pause a while AND THINK. Can we remember the last time we practiced TRUE FRIENDSHIP,the JESUS way.

Hi..you can determine your true friends who stick by you no matter your situation. They are there for you when times are good, but most importantly they are there when the times are bad... God Bless you!

True friends have many obvious characteristics:

1) They are willing to pray with/for you in good times and bad
2) They will not lie to you intentionally, nor wll they steal from you
3) They regularly interact and fellowship with you
4) The presence of God is evident in their lives
5) They attend Church - and not necessarily the same one you attend
6) They hunger and thirst for righteousness of Christ

You can always talk to God about it.If you question some of your friendships maybe they are not really your friends.
