FAITH BOOK

Fellowship of World Christians 'Working Together in Union with Christ'

Due to numerous religious faiths vying for prominence, position and souls of men, Faith Book reserves the right to allow on its website only those who faith centres on the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Him being the Head of the One-Body (Church) and Governor of all Nations and Nationalities and the only way through which a person can obtain salvation.

It is not Faith Book’s intent to force our beliefs on its members but allow them and the various Christian organizations and denominations to have their say and to be able to voice their opinions in the free and loving environment that Faith Book provides. However when a new member introduces his/her belief, denomination and organization to the website, which is a known heresy among Christian ministers and leaders, we reserve the right to have them removed.

In the event that Faith Book may have to remove a person or group, a message will first be sent to all of those who are on Faith Book as clergy, ministers and pastors of the Christian Faith. This is to ensure, that in our assumption that there is a known heresy being introduced on Faith Book, there is a consensus on it being removed.

Thank you for working to establish healthy biblical boundaries, allowing believers in Jesus Christ to enjoy fellowship across denominational lines. May your good efforts succeed in guarding against heretical statements and strange ideologies which breed dissension and vain arguments...too often the downfall of other sites. May your decision be rewarded with membership rich in variety, but one in Truth as revealed by Jesus Christ in His Word.

I agree with the Faithbook disclaimer.

How will Faith Book control New Age Heresies? I `ve spotted a major one posted by a member and a link provided to his website. Please check it out. I don`t want to name anyone but trust you will spot it. This person`s world view is totally in contrast to everything you ve stated in your disclaimer and he is the author of a book that is presently being sold all over the world- and like The Secret~ by Rhonda Byrne is displayed amongst Christian books in secular book stores. Christian book stores thankfully is aware of the blasphemous teachings. But hey, maybe he will meet Jesus through the testomonies of People on this site-God`s got a plan!!
All the best with this website!

I am a Messianic Jew so does that mean I am not welcome here I mean I believe that Yeshua is the Messiah I also believe that when it says to keep the Sabbath holy for all times that we should do that what you need to understand is when G-d created the Heavens and the earth that his day started in darkness and ended in darkness so why do we follow the solar calendar instead of the lunar Jewish calendar I do not claim to be Christian or a Jew but a believer in Yeshua I follow all the Jewish customs but I believe that Jesus was the son of man and the son of G-d and he died and was resurrected and that he is coming again so I mean really I am not one or the other I am both so where do I fit in someone please tell me most people dont want us around because they say we cant be both so tell me where do I belong

Hi Kermit, this disclaimer does not target you, perhaps you were not yet a member when the need to make this disclaimer arose. There were circumstances that led to ths disclaimer. The only reason to take note of this disclaimer is if you have joined Faithbook claiming to be a Christ follower but are teaching and promoting doctorines that are contrary to the Word of God. It is there just to serve as a warning and help guard against heresies. There are many wolves in sheep's clothing and it would be wrong to not stand against it if we see them at work. Jesus Himself gave a strong warning to those who would deliberately seek to make His followers stumble in their faith in Him in the gospels. Reading the Book of Galatians can also give you a good understanding on this topic. If a person is being rebellious and not having a teachable spirit I think Faithbook has the right to remove them.

As for people saying that you don't fit in, tell them to read John 4:1-26 and Romans 11

God bless

I sure would like to learn more about Messianic Jews. Where can I go for more info? Sounds fascinating. I think Christians can benefit from more knowledge of Jewish culture, customs, history. My Pastor is a Messianic Jew. He does teach some things sometimes, but it is not his focus.

Hi Vony, I found your entry charming and affirming, so...in my opinion...your entry was appropriate, as well as your later "oops" statement. ;)

I have a dear friend who has discovered some good resources. If you wish, I could contact her for recommendations...or, perhaps, you could start a new topic asking for good suggestions.

You may already be aware of, "Nelson's New Illustrated Bible Manners And Customs How The People Of The Bible Really Lived" by Howard f. Vos. If not, it might interest you.

Blessings, Betty

Am not aware. Anyone passing through the necessary examination have being given of enough themselves. To the glory of our good lord Jesus: The masses shall determine the validity of actions performed by the works of the Holy Spirit.

Now here's a question in regards to the disclaimer, will Faithbook remove someone fom their site simply because his or her beliefs aren't exactly the same as the template Faithbook decides? That hardly seems right. What about members who want to explore the Christian faith but aren't "believers" in its doctorines, are they not welcome here?
